The 65th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Singapore Golf Association will be held as follows:

Time: 6.30 p.m.
Venue: Singapore Island Country Club, Island Location
Agenda:
Item 1 – To confirm the minutes of the 64th Annual General Meeting.
Item 2 – To receive, read and approve the reports of the Executive Board and the Annual Report and the Audited Accounts for the preceding year.
Item 3 – To elect the Chairman of the Governing Council for the ensuing year.
Item 4 – To elect and appoint the Executive Board and the office bearers amongst them for a four (4) year term.
Item 5 – To appoint any approved firm of certified accountants to be the Association’s auditor for the next financial year.
Item 6 – To review or discuss any matter of which fourteen (14) clear days’ notice has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary of the Executive Board.
