Young Koul shows talent, finishes third at World Stars of Junior Golf Championship

Las Vegas, United States, June 30: 12-year-old Aamiya Koul, a member of the Singapore Golf Association (SGA) junior squad, underlined her credentials as one of the country’s most promising young talents when she finished third at the recently concluded World Stars of Junior Golf Championship in Las Vegas.
Koul carded rounds of 69, 70 and 71 at the Las Vegas Golf Club to secure outright third place with her three-day total of six-under-par 210- finishing behind New Zealand’s Teresa Wang and Thailand’s Jadar Kiatphonsin in the girls 11-12 category.
Into its 15th edition, the World Stars of Junior Golf Championship is a professionally operated event by PGA golf professionals.
It provides junior boys and girls of all ages from all over the world with the most competitive field and ultimate tournament experience and is recognised by AJGA with performance stars.
