Finance & Admin Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities vary considerably:

  • basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • carry out administrative duties, using systems and processes relevant to the organisation
  • responding to enquiries and requests for information from other organisations and members of the public
  • ensuring administrative systems, processes and databases are efficient and well managed
  • administrative support to managerial staff and heads of organisations
  • organising Executive Board/Governing Council meetings
  • work closely with the organization’s Hon Sec/Hon Treasurer/GM (eg GST submissions, IRAS
  • & ROS documentations, IPC status compliance etc)
  • liaising with Sports Singapore and SNOC on NSA compliance
  • advising on areas such as organisation, funding, promotion and regulations
  • managing budgets, assisting in finance matters (eg. procurement and payment) and coordinating or raisingsponsorship/fundraiser if applicable
  • preparation of claims, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and upkeeping of association’s
  • accounts promptly and accurately
  • assisting, supporting daily operations or events
  • supporting colleagues to encourage and develop sport in the local, regional, national or international community



  • Possess a minimum Diploma in Finance /Business Administration or equivalent
  • Familiar in finance , administration and office management
  • Able to multi task and take on additional job scope as need arise
  • Organise and meticulous in details
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
